My Story
With roots in both Germany and Hungary, I’ve lived in various countries and experienced the beauty and complexity of navigating different cultures.
This journey has shaped my understanding of belonging, connection, and self-acceptance.

My academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Budapest and a Master’s from Maastricht, Netherlands. Since moving to Berlin in 2020, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting others on their paths. I worked with a non-profit organization, supporting adults with mental illnesses, and completed a two-year coaching program focusing on NLP, systemic methods, and holistic coaching approaches. In the beginning of 2023, I traveled to India to dive deeper into yoga—its origins, philosophy, and practices—and to build inner strength. This 200-hour intensive teacher training challenged me in so many ways—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
It also gave me the opportunity to connect with myself on a much deeper level and experience the profound sense of community and support that comes from practicing and learning alongside others.
In 2025, I’ll deepen my expertise through a training in somatic trauma therapy—a field I’m deeply passionate about, as I believe that true healing happens when we address both the mind and the body.
Over the years, I’ve focused on empowering women to reconnect with themselves, build inner strength, and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
Whether through 1:1 coaching, yoga classes, women’s circles, workshops, or retreats, my mission is to help others step into their power and embrace all parts of who they are—beyond labels and expectations.

Having faced my own challenges with self-acceptance and the longing for connection, I’ve found profound healing within the yoga community.
Today, I’m grateful to hold space for others to embark on their own transformative journeys. Together, we explore the balance between vulnerability and strength, uncovering the unique potential within each of us.
